Q1. How to Order?

• You may order by calling us @ 9295 8988 or simply submit the order form & we will contact you asap.
• A minimum purchase of 8 Cheese Mousse Cups is required per order.
• Please let us know if you would like to self-collect or require our delivery.
• We will take orders at least 4 days in advance.
• One week advance notice is required if you are ordering more than 48 cups or for corporate/special events.
• Order amendments are subjected to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Patissier J's reserves the right to change any pricing including delivery charge without prior notice.

Q2. How to Pick up?

• Our self-collect location on Weekdays is @ Ang Mo Kio MRT Station or AMK Hub/Bus Interchange or Yio Chu Kang MRT Station only.
• Our self-collect location on Weekends/Public Holidays is at Ang Mo Kio MRT Station or AMK Hub/Bus Interchange only.
• Self-collection on Weekdays & Weekends/Public Holidays is between 12.30pm - 1.30pm only.

Q3. What about Delivery?

• Delivery charge will be @ $12/trip regardless of location on Weekdays & Weekends/Public Holidays.
• Delivery charge will be waived for orders above 48 cups of Mini Cheese Mousse.
• Delivery on Weekdays & Weekends/Public Holidays, we will contact you to confirm the specific time.
• For delivery at other preferred time, will be subjected to availability.

Q4. Packaging

• Our cheese mousse are made in individual cups with cover, hence we will not provide cake boxes for all orders. Do let us know if you need a box.
• Boxes will be charged at $1/box.
• For customised orders, do let us know if you have any special requirements on the packaging.

Q5. How to Confirm orders?

• Patissier J's accepts POSB/DBS ATM or iBanking transfers.
• We will send you an sms or email (whichever preferred) on the funds transfer details.
• For all orders please transfer full payment upon order confirmation.
• Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 2 days upon order confirmation.

Q6. How about Cancellation of orders?

• No full refunds will be given upon order cancellations.

Q7. How long can I keep the cheese mousse?

• Our cheese mousse are freshly made upon each order and they can last up to one week if refrigerated. As no preservatives are addedd, we strongly recommend our cheese mousse to be consumed within 3 days for its freshness.

Q8. Can I mix the flavours?

• Sure! For every flavour, minimum 4 cups must be ordered.
